Urban Belle Magazine is the smart, sophisticated, and chic magazine for the woman of color. 

Created by three black women with an intense love for media, the magazine's purpose is to inform, inspire, and uplift every single one of our readers. The staff of Urban Belle covers everything from fashion, beauty, sports, politics, entrepreneurship, faith, finance, career and relationships. 

We also offer unique and informative features such as Hair Care for Natural Belles, Truth Teller, and Belles That Mean Business.

Published completely online, a new issue is available every Monday. Although issues are weekly, we update the site daily with the latest news in the African American community. 

Urban Belle is dedicated to providing more positive images of African Americans in the mainstream media. Part of the reason we started this magazine was because we were tired of all the negative images portrayed in the media concerning African Americans, especially black women. We do not seek to tear down our own people, and refuse to publish any disrespectful content that goes against our objectives.

Urban Belle is not just a magazine, but a movement. The magazine is a symbol of a lifestyle that many educated and successful black women live each day.
